Membership fees cover only the listed oversight and coordination. Parts, materials, repairs, cleaning, permits, specialty vendors, and after-hours premiums are billed separately unless specifically included in writing. We obtain approval before work outside the plan.

Optional add-ons

Add only the services your property actually needs.

Add-ons can be recurring, seasonal, or requested one visit at a time. They do not automatically become part of your bill.

Trash Concierge

Recurring add-on. Scheduled curb-and-return service for trash and recycling, missed-bin alerts, and optional completion photos. Frequency and pricing depend on pickup schedule.

Pool Care

Recurring add-on. Choose chemical-only care or full weekly service. Pool size, starting condition, visit frequency, and chemicals are confirmed before activation.

Turnover Support

Per-turnover add-on. Cleaning coordination, laundry oversight, restocking, visible-damage checks, and completion photos. Cleaning and supplies are quoted separately.

Storm Checks

Per-visit or seasonal add-on. Pre-storm exterior preparation check, post-storm condition visit, dated photos, and urgent repair recommendations when access is safe.

HVAC Filter Service

Recurring add-on. Filter-size tracking, replacement reminders, delivery, installation scheduling, and a visible system-area check. Filters and frequency affect pricing.

Dryer Vent Care

Annual or scheduled add-on. Airflow review, accessible vent cleaning, exterior termination check, and photo documentation. Roof access and repairs are quoted separately.

Supply & Vendor Access

Per-request add-on. Receive deliveries, provide approved vendor access, document arrival or completion, and secure the property afterward.

Extra Property Visits

Per-visit add-on. Add a check after a guest stay, tenant concern, extended vacancy, alarm, leak, or owner request without changing the base plan.

How adding services works

  1. Select the add-ons you want priced in the membership form below.
  2. Haylicity confirms scope, frequency, property access, and the exact price.
  3. Recurring add-ons are added only after written approval; one-time add-ons are billed per completed service.
  4. Your base membership stays active even when you do not use a one-time add-on.

No surprise charges: materials, repairs, outside vendors, specialty access, and work beyond the approved add-on are quoted before we proceed.

Are repairs included?

Only services specifically listed in your tier are included. Parts, materials, repairs, permits, cleaning, vendors, and specialty access require separate approval.

Can I cancel?

Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Eligible subscriptions can be managed through the secure Stripe customer portal.

Can one plan cover several properties?

Standard pricing covers one property. Submit the form for multi-property pricing based on location and visit frequency.

Can I add or remove add-ons later?

Yes. Contact Haylicity to change recurring add-ons or request one-time services. Changes are confirmed before billing.
