FLORIDA BAT EXCLUSION SEASON

Removal Is Legal August 15 Through April 15

Florida prohibits routine bat exclusion during maternity season, April 16 through August 14, without a permit. One-way devices must remain installed for at least four qualifying nights before active exits are permanently sealed.
